Judiciary’s separate secretariat takes another step ahead

Advisor Nazrul says Supreme Court Secretariat Ordinance 2025 will be gazetted next week

The interim government has approved the establishment of a separate secretariat for the judiciary, which will operate under the High Court and Supreme Court.

The proposal received both policy and final approval during Thursday’s Advisory Council meeting, Law Advisor Asif Nazrul said.

The meeting was chaired by Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus.
