Seven units of Fire Service battle blazes at shop in Netrokona

A fire has broken out at a shop in Netrokona town. Seven units of the Fire Service and Civil Defence are working to bring the blaze under control.

District Administrator Khandaker Mushfiqur Rahman said the fire broke out at around 10:30pm on Friday.

According to locals, the blaze started at Majumdar Electronics in Borobazar and spread to nearby shops and houses.

Firefighters, assisted by locals and police, were working to contain the fire.
