Man dies trying to save son from attack in Jhalakathi

A man has been killed while trying to protect his son from an assault in Nalchity Upazila of Jhalakathi.

His son was also seriously injured in the incident and is receiving treatment at a hospital.

The incident took place in Gobindapur village on Sunday afternoon, said Nalchity Police Station chief Mohammad Touhiduzzaman Sohag.
