Junior Scholarship exams for eighth grades to begin on Dec 21

Students to sit four papers on five subjects, totalling 400 marks

Junior Scholarship Examination for eighth graders is set for Dec 21 to Dec 24 this year.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education published the schedule on Wednesday.

As per the schedule, Bangla paper will be held on Dec 21, English on Dec 22, Mathematics on Dec 23, while Science, Bangladesh and Global Studies will take place on Dec 24.

The exams will be taken on five subjects across four papers carrying a total of 400 marks.

A quarter of students from recognised government and private schools will be eligible to sit the exam.
