Dhaka, July 10 (BDNEWS) – Rahamatganj MFS became the first team to move to the premier league with two matches to spare when they blanked Victoria Sporting Club 4-0 in the Premier Bank First Division Football League at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Mostafa Stadium Sunday.
Rahmatganj secured 29 points from 12 matches with two matches in hand.
Badda Jagarani Sangsad are in the second position with 22 points from 12 matches, followed by Victoria SC, who collected 21 points from an equal number of matches. Both teams have two matches in hand.
In the matches, Zakir strikes twice while Mehedi and Mithu netted one goal each for the winners.
