BNP chief Tarique assesses constituency-level situation from party office after campaign

BNP says he is speaking to candidates and activists nationwide and completing organisational work from his office

After spending several days travelling across the country for election campaigning, BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman is now working from his office in Gulshan.

From there, he has been speaking with party leaders, activists, and candidates across the country, seeking updates from candidates on the situation in their areas.

He has also spoken with foreign journalists and is carrying out organisational work at the party office.

BNP media cell member Atikur Rahman Rumon disclosed this information on Tuesday afternoon, the final day of election campaigning.

“Honourable Chairman is now working from his Gulshan office. Since morning, he has been checking on candidates across the country,” he said.

“He personally called and spoke with party leaders and activists. He has been learning about the overall environment nationwide and has spent a busy day since morning,” Rumon added.
