Cold wave sparks blanket boom in Siddhirganj

A biting cold wave sweeping Bangladesh has boosted demand for warm clothing, increasing activity at blanket factories at Narayanganj’s Signboard zone. Blankets made there are sold for Tk 100 to Tk 1200, depending on size and quality.
