Shimanto Bank signs MoU with Farazy Hospital

As part of the agreement, the bank’s cardholders and employees will receive special discounts on healthcare services

Shimanto Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Farazy Hospital, allowing the bank’s cardholders and employees to receive special discounts on healthcare services.

The agreement was signed on Jan 28 at Shimanto Bank’s head office, the bank said in a statement.

Under the MoU, Shimanto Bank’s debit and credit cardholders, as well as its employees, will be eligible for discounted services at Farazy Hospital.

The MoU was signed by Md Sahidul Islam, head of business at Shimanto Bank, and Dr Wahidujjaman Jaman, managing director of Farazy Dental & Research Center, on behalf of their respective organisations.

Shimanto Bank’s Managing Director and CEO (CC) Mohammad Azizul Hoque was present at the signing ceremony.

Other attendees included Sharif Zahirul Islam, head of cards and ADC at Shimanto Bank; Md Mozammel Haque, head of corporate and brand communication at Farazy Hospital and Farazy Dental & Research Center; Apel Mahmud, general manager of Farazy Dental & Research Center; and senior officials from both institutions.
