Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman removed from High Court

A notice to the effect has been issued from the Law and Justice Division

Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman has been removed from the High Court Division of the Supreme Court.

A notice to the effect was issued by the Law and Justice Division on Wednesday.

The notice says that he was removed by the president under Article 96 (6) of the constitution. The notice is signed by Secretary Sheikh Abu Taher of the Law and Justice Division.
