Applications opened on Feb 3 and continued until Feb 26.
According to NTRCA data, the highest number of applications in this recruitment drive has been submitted for the post of assistant headteacher at secondary schools.
As per the notice, candidates will be selected through a 100-mark assessment system comprising an 80-mark written examination of objective-type questions, 12 marks for educational qualifications, and an 8-mark viva voce.
The NTRCA said the 80-mark MCQ examination will last one hour.
There will be 80 questions in total. Each correct answer will carry one mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
To pass, candidates must secure at least 40 percent marks separately in each component.
Eligibility and experience of applicants will be assessed in line with the latest approved staffing structure and MPO policy applicable to the institutions.
