Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) has unveiled the all-new Honda NX200, an adventure-inspired motorcycle aimed at riders seeking versatility for daily commuting as well as long-distance touring.

Drawing on Honda’s global adventure lineup, the NX200 combines a rugged design with refined engine performance and rider-centric technology, BHL said at the launch, according to a media statement.

Minoru Kato, chief officer of motorcycle and power products operations at Honda Motor Co, Japan, thanked customers and partners for their continued support, noting that Honda has produced more than 500 million motorcycles globally.

He said BHL has sold 550,000 units since 2012 and is now recognised as a global production resource, supporting international exports.

BHL Managing Director and CEO Susumu Morisawa said Honda’s mission is to deliver the joy of mobility through affordable, reliable and advanced products, adding that the company remains committed to introducing models with modern features and enhanced riding capabilities.

He said the BHL will export the NX200 to Mexico in collaboration with Global Honda.

Chief Marketing Officer Shah Muhammad Ashequr Rahman said the NX200 redefines the adventure-touring category, offering control, comfort and performance across varied terrain.

The bike is powered by a 184.4cc PGM-FI engine producing 16.5 PS at 8,500rpm and 15.1Nm at 6,000rpm, and features dual-channel ABS, Honda Selectable Torque Control, an assist and slipper clutch, and a 4.2-inch TFT digital display with USB Type-C.

The NX200 will be available from Dec 20, 2025 at Honda dealer showrooms in radiant red metallic and pearl igneous black, priced at Tk 315,000.
