SpiceJet plane wheel catches fire in Dhaka airport, all 70 onboard safe
A wheel of a SpiceJet aircraft has caught fire while taking off at Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.

All 70 people, including passengers, crewmembers and pilot, onboard the plane were safe after the incident around 10:45am on Friday.
Armed Police Battalion Superintendent Tarique Ahmed said the authorities cancelled the flight after a rear wheel caught fire on the runway.
He said the plane was near the fire station when the wheel caught fire and the fire crews doused it immediately.
The authorities kept the plane at the airport for repairs, he said and added that the passengers were taken to a hotel.
