The order follows a revision plea from the victim’s sister
The plaintiff in the case, businessman Khalilur Rahman, says in court that he has no objection to his acquittal
Parents and siblings of the victims appeared stunned by the decision, some wiping away tears, while others stared ahead with blank expressions
The case was filed by the NBR in 2008
The petition also seeks the dropping of suspect Ikram Mayeen, managing director of Forethought PR, from the case
All 114 accused in the case were leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatra Shibir
