Autorickshaw drivers take to the streets

Battery-run rickshaw drivers blocked roads in the capital’s Dayaganj and Kajla to protest against the High Court decision banning the vehicles from the Dhaka metropolitan area on Wednesday, Nov 20, 2024, causing a massive traffic congestion in the region at that time.

যাত্রবাড়ীর কাজলা এলাকায় বুধবার সড়ক অবরোধ করে বিক্ষোভ দেখান ব্যাটারিচালিত রিকশার চালক ও মালিকরা। এসময় তারা একটি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের বাস আটকে দিলে রাস্তায় নেমে আসে শিক্ষার্থীরা
