Security in Ramna ahead of Bangla New Year

For the last two years, the Pahela Boishakh celebrations had been a low-key event, compared with what it usually is at normal times, due to the restrictions in place for the pandemic. This year, however, without such restrictions, the preparations for the main event in Ramna are in full swing amid expectations that the turnout will be rather large.
