A freezer van carrying 456,000 doses of the Oxford University-AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine reached the Chattogram civil surgeon’s office at the port city’s Andorkilla on Sunday, Jan 31, 2021 ahead of mass vaccination from Feb 7.

Chattogram Civil Surgeon Sheikh Fazle Rabbi said he received 38 cartons containing 456,000 doses of the Oxford University-AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine on Sunday, Jan 31, 2021 and those were being stored at the walk-in cooler facility of the Expanded Programme on Immunisation.
