Stagnation without rain

Stagnant water flooded the road adjacent to Shia Masjid in Mohammadpur even when there was no rain. Residents said the drainage system is clogged with junks and rubbish causing the stagnation and immense suffering to the people of the area for about a month. The photo is taken on Tuesday.
