Dhaka, Jan 17 (bdnews24.com) - Nizam Uddin Chowdhury, who is Bangladesh Cricket Board general manager, will undertake the responsibilities of the chief executive officer.
His appointment follows the death of Manzur Ahmed, who passed away on January 10, a BCB press release says.
Nizam Uddin previously performed the role of acting CEO of BCB from Feb 2008 to Aug 2010 and represented the Board in the ICC Chief Executive Committee (2008-10) and the Asian Cricket Council Executive Board (as an ex-officio).
