Jamaat will enforce general strike on Thursday, Sunday and Monday after the International Crimes Tribunal-1 sentenced Nizami to hang until death for his 1971 war crimes.
It found the Jamaat chief to be criminally responsible for the execution of intellectuals and guilty of conspiring to commit war crimes.
The FBCCI said the strikes would affect business and investment-friendly environment.
All business and economy-related sectors were maintaining an upward trend at the time, it said, and warned that the shutdowns would highly discourage the foreign investors.
The FBCCI said the shutdown would lead the economy to a crisis and uncertainty.
Bangladesh Insurance Association has also urged the Jamaat to withdraw its strikes.
