Police in Kishoreganj recover Imam's body stuffed inside sack
The body of a mosque’s Imam has been found stuffed inside a sack in Kishoreganj.

Police have identified the victim as Mizanur Rahman, who served at a mosque at the district’s Kuliarchar Upazila.
The 28-year-old hailed from the same district’s Sadar Upazila.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Tofazzal Hossain said that locals at Kuliarchar’s Usmanpur Union challenged a man on a motorbike carrying a loaded sack.
“He fled leaving the motorbike and the sack as soon as they wanted to know what was in it. Locals later informed police,” he said.
The senior police officer said they suspect Rahman was strangled to death.
Kuliarchar police’s Sub Inspector Rakhal Debnath said that any arrest is yet to be made over the killing.
