Two additional High Court judges sworn-in as permanent judges

Two additional judges of the High Court, who were made permanent judges on Monday, have taken oath.

Justices Md Shahinur Islam and Kashefa Hussain were sworn-in by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha on Wednesday as permanent judges.
 
The ceremony, moderated by Supreme Court’s Registrar General Syed Aminul Islam, was attended by judges of the High Court and the Appellate Division.
 
President Md Abdul Hamid confirmed their appointment after consulting the chief justice, according to the circular issued by the law ministry on Monday.
