Results of HSC exams on Aug 9
The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate and equivalent exams will be published on Aug 9, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has said.

A total of 1,073,884 students took the exams this year held between Apr 1 and Jun 22.
An education ministry official told bdnews24.com a proposal to announce the results on either Aug 8 or 9 to meet the 60-day publication deadline had been sent to Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) for approval.
The PMO approved latter date.
The education minister, along with chairmen of all education boards, will place before Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina copies of the results that day.
Later in the day, the minister will officially announce the results at a media briefing, making them accessible to students.
