Md Khorshed Alam, 30, died at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) around noon on Wednesday.
DMCH Burns Unit’s Resident Physician Partha Shankar Pal said Alam had suffered 35 percent burns.
The death toll in the incident has risen to three.
A truck at the Chandpur-Chandra intersection was hit by a petrol bomb last on March 18, killing ‘Jahangir’, the driver, on the spot.
Another injured, Shahid Khandaker, died on Sunday afternoon at the DMCH. He sustained 88 percent burn injuries.
‘Rubel’, a victim in the same incident is undergoing treatment. He has suffered 25 percent burns.
