Mamun to become the deputy press secretary at the prime minister’s office
UN Bangladesh Mission’s former First Secretary (press) Md Mamun-or-Rashid has been appointed as the Deputy Press Secretary of the press wing in the prime minister’s office.

Ministry of Public Administration has made the appointment on the basis of a one-year contract.
Rashid would have to dissociate himself from all other organisations and institutions before taking up the post.
After serving for three years as the First Secretary (press) of UN Bangladesh Mission, Rashid returned to the country in December 2014.
