Six including yaba cartel ‘kingpin’ arrested in Chittagong
A ‘kingpin’ of a yaba cartel has been arrested from Chittagong along with five others.

The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) seized over 200,000 yaba pills and firearms from the city's Halishahar and Khulshi on Friday.
One of the arrestees, Jahidul Islam Alo, is a leading figure of Bangladesh’s drug cartel, the elite force claimed.
The other arrestees were not named.
Additional RAB Director General Col Ziaul Ahsan said they had conducted the raids from Thursday afternoon to Friday noon.
A RAB team from Dhaka also took part in the raid.
Apart from the yaba pills, they also seized about Tk 1.9 million, ammunitions, a bike, a car, 37 engines and parts of vehicles designed to transport the contraband, three mobile phones, eight laptops, three cheque books and a credit card.
