Schoolboy dies in Gopalganj accident
Locals have blockaded the Dhaka-Khulna Highway for about half an hour after a schoolboy died in a bus accident in Gopalganj.

Gopalganj Sadar Police OC Md Zakir Hossain Molla said the accident took place at the Upazila’s Chandradighlia area in the morning.
The boy, identified as Mifta Sikdar, was a student of Class III.
OC Molla said the boy died on the spot when a speeding bus ran over him while he was crossing the road.
The locals blockaded the highway in protest.
After police swung into action, the highway was cleared for vehicular movements after half an hour of blockade.
Police have detained the bus from Muksudpur.
