The former minister's wife surrendered to the court of Dhaka's Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and sought bail on Thursday.
The court of Metropolitan Magistrate Shahriar Mahmud Adnan granted her bail in the case that accuses her of concealing wealth information.
On Tuesday, the ACC filed the case against Sultana with the Ramna Police Station.
ACC Deputy Director (PR) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya said that investigations revealed Sultana had illegal wealth worth Tk 34.55 million. Of which, she concealed wealth worth Tk 18.65 million in her statement.
In his affidavit submitted ahead the tenth national election, Manna Khan had described Sultana as a 'housewife'. However, it was found in other statements that Khan enlisted his wife as someone involved with fisheries business.
On Aug 21, the ACC filed a case against the former state minister for public works accusing him of concealing wealth information.
He is alleged to have concealed information of wealth worth Tk 7.55 million in his affidavit to the Election Commission.
Khan, too, has secured bail in the case.
