Gandhi Ashram Trust secy seriously ill
Secretary of Gandhi Ashram Trust Jharna Dhara Chowdhury, 76, has fallen seriously ill.

Direcor of the Ashram Raha Naba Kumar said, “Jharna Dhara Chowdhury has suddenly fallen sick Tuesday midnight. At the crack of dawn, she was admitted to Prime Hospital in Noakhali.”
She has been shifted to Square Hospital in Dhaka at 4 pm.
After hearing the news of her sudden illness, DC of Noakhali Badre Munir Ferdous, Additional DC Anupam Barua, Sonaimuri Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rahima Khatun and others rushed to the hospital to see her.
She was awarded India’s fourth highest civilian award ‘Padma Shri’ last year for her long standing and selfless service to Bangladeshi people, including taking care of the female children.
