Cab driver Kamal Uddin, 47, hailing from Chittagong’s Anwara Upazilla, was found dead on a street in Connecticut’s Stamford City. The cab he used to drive was found abandoned next to his body.

Captain Richard Conklin of the Stamford City police said the taxi driver had been stabbed in the stomach and chest 15 to 16 times.
Police suspect muggers posing as passengers might have killed him.

Kamal Uddin lived at the town’s Dotel Road with his wife and only child.
