200,000 yaba seized
A huge consignment of Yaba tablets has been seized from a trawler on the Karnaphuli River in the wee hours of Sunday.

Coast Guard's Lt Commander Durul Huda told bdnews24.com that the trawler was detained from the estuary of the river just past midnight Sunday.
"The raid was conducted on a tip-off. But the crew of the boat jumped into the river and fled," he said.
The Yaba tablets were found in an empty oil-container on the boat, said Huda.
He said 200,000 tablets were found in 20 packets.
