Fire at Netrokona market
A fire at a Netrokona market gutted at least 10 shops on early Sunday, fire service officials said.

Goods worth around Tk 6 million were destroyed in the fire at the Sadar Upazila's 'Challisha Market', said Netrokona fire service's Station Leader Abdul Barek.
However, no casualty was reported.
Barek said they put out the fire at around 5am after a two hour-long frantic efforts.
The incident came as a huge blow to the businessmen just two weeks before the Eid-ul-Fitr, the biggest religious festival of the Muslims.
The fire service officer said an electric short-circuit at a shop triggered the fire.
