Khulna van-truck collision leaves 2 dead
Two people have been killed and seven others injured in a collision between a pickup van and a truck in Khulna.

The accident occurred on the Rupsa Bridge early on Thursday.
Eight traders were heading to Chitalmari with vegetables by the pickup van, Labanchara police OC Md Habibur Rahman said.
Around 3:30am, a truck collided with their vehicle on the bridge, leaving the two dead on the spot, he said.
The dead have been identified as van driver Kamrul Islam, 35 and vegetable trader Rafiqul Islam, 35.
The injured were admitted to the Khulna Medical College and Hospital. Of them, the condition of the truck driver is stated to be critical.
Traffic on the bridge, suspended following the accident, resumed after the damaged vehicles were removed in the morning, the OC said.
