    Jamuna fertiliser factory resumes production

    Jamuna fertiliser factory in Jamalpur district resumed urea production after 14 days on Tuesday night.

    Managing Director of the factory Ikhlas Uddin toldbdnews24.com that production at the factory remained suspended for 14 days since March 26 as new machines were installed in the factory to enhance the pressure of natural gas.
    After inclusion of new machinery, the factory started production around 8pm on Tuesday, he said.
    The factory daily produces 1,700 metric tons of Urea fertiliser.
