Train services resume in Chandpur
Trains started plying again on the Chandpur-Chittagong route on Monday morning after being disrupted for nine hours.

The services resumed around 8.30am on Monday after track repairs, said Chandpur Railway Assistant Station Master Sirajul Islam.
The Chittagong-bound ‘Meghna Express’ left for the destination around 9am, he said.
The route was closed down around 11.30pm on Sunday after a Laksam-bound train derailed near the Chandpur station, Islam said.
