Scampering squirrels at Suhrawardy Udyan
The three-striped palm squirrel or the Indian palm squirrel is one of eight squirrel species found in Bangladesh. It is also the species least afraid of humans. The animals can be seen in several parks in Dhaka, rushing about in their constant search for food.
