LDP to run for 29 seats

Dhaka, Dec 26 (bdnews24.com)- The Awami League-led mega-alliance has told the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) to run for 29 parliamentary seats.
The AL General Secretary Abdul Jalil signed an official letter around Monday midnight.
LDP Secretary General Abdul Mannan will run for the highest three constituencies-- Dhaka-10, Noakhali-4 and Laxmipur-4.
President AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury will contest for Munshiganj-2 and Munshiganj-3 seats.
Executive Chairman Oli Ahmed will battle it out for Chittagong-13 and Chittagong-14 seats.
Presidium member Mahi B Chowdhury will run for Munshiganj-1 seat.
The other LDP nominees are Golam Rabbani for Joypurhat-1, Mahbub ALi for Bogra-5, Syed Monzur Hossainfor Chapainawabganj-2, Alamgir Kabir for Naogaon-6, Md Mostafizur Rahman Khokon for Natore-3, Ali Kadar for Jessore-1, Sheikh Razzaq Ali for Khulna-6, and Anwarul Kabir Talukder for Jamalpur-4.
Abdul Karim Abbasi will vie for Netrokona-1, A B M Zahidul Haq for Kishoreganj-1, Ziaur Rahman Khan for Dhaka-13, Sanaul Haq Niru for Nashingdi-4, Redwan Ahmed for Comilla-6, M Abdullah for Chandpur 4, Shahid Ullah Patowari for Feni-1, Nazmul Alam Siddiqui for Laxmipur-2, Khairul Enam for Lazmipur-3, Md Nurul Alam for Chittagong-7, Md Akramul Karim for Chittagong-8, M Eyakub Ali for Chittagong 11 and Moni Swapan Dewan for Rangamati.
