Inqilab Moncho has concluded its protest at the Central Shaheed Minar after issuing a 24-hour ultimatum to the government, seeking justice for the killing of Sharif Osman bin Hadi.
The platform demanded the formation of a speedy judicial tribunal and two other measures over the killing of Hadi.
The platform also announced it would hold a “Shaheedi oath” ceremony at Shahbagh at 3pm on Tuesday, according to Member Secretary Abdullah Al Jaber.
He made the announcement around 4:30pm in an address during the demonstration.
Earlier in the day, Law Advisor Asif Nazrul said Hadi's killing will be tried at the Speedy Trial Tribunal, with proceedings expected to be completed within 90 days.

Addressing the rally, Jaber said Inqilab Moncho would formally declare the Shaheedi oath, a solemn pledge for martyrdom, the following day.
He said supporters would assemble at Shaheed Hadi Square in Shahbagh, where, invoking the memory of the frontline July Uprising protester, they would take the oath alongside the people of Bangladesh for all those martyred through enforced disappearances and killings before and after the 2024 movement.
The platform placed three demands:
