Disasters triggered by excessive rain, hilly runoff and landslides have reportedly killed 30 people in the Chattogram Division.
The Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief said cash, rice and baby food have been allocated as emergency relief for people in the affected areas.
On Thursday, the ministry released its latest situation report detailing the damage and response measures taken by the district administrations.
According to the report, the highest death toll was recorded in Cox's Bazar, where 19 people died.
Five deaths each were reported in Chattogram and Bandarban, while one person died in Rangamati.
No deaths have been reported in Khagrachhari.
A total of 1,427 shelters have been prepared across the five affected districts for people at risk from flooding and landslides.
Of them, 8,340 people have taken shelter in 411 centres in Chattogram, 1,206 in 21 centres in Rangamati, 1,755 in 135 centres in Khagrachhari and 2,173 in 220 centres in Bandarban.
Cox's Bazar has 640 shelters ready, though none are currently occupied.

The ministry said special relief allocations were made in two rounds, on Jul 7 and Jul 9, to support those affected.
On Jul 7, each of the five districts -- Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Rangamati, Khagrachhari and Bandarban -- received Tk 1 million in General Relief (GR) cash and 200 tonnes of GR rice.
On Jul 9, the government allocated Tk 2.5 million for baby food in Chattogram, Tk 2 million in Cox's Bazar and Tk 1 million each in Rangamati, Khagrachhari and Bandarban, bringing the total allocation to Tk 7.5 million.
The same day, it also allocated another 300 tonnes of rice to Chattogram, 250 tonnes to Cox's Bazar and 200 tonnes each to the remaining three districts, for a total of 1,150 tonnes.
Days of heavy rain and hilly runoff have flooded large parts of the districts, while landslides have killed people and left many families living in hazardous conditions.
District administrations have stepped up emergency measures, the report said.
Authorities are continuing loudspeaker announcements and awareness campaigns urging people living at the foot of hills and other high-risk areas to move to safer places.
As per the ministry, shelters are being supplied with safe drinking water, improved sanitation, and three meals a day.
