She is now getting treated at Dhaka Medical Colleges Hospital's burns unit.

Her relatives have not told her about their fate thinking it might be too much of a shock for her to bear as she is in a serious condition.

Annie's husband Faruq Hossain Priyok, their daughter Priyonmoyi Tamara, Priyok's cousin Mehedi Hasan and his wife Sayeeda Kamrunnahar Swarna were flying on the same US-Bangla flight on 71 on board.

The disaster left 49 people killed, including the pilot and the co-pilot, at Tribhuvan International Airport last Monday.

Priyok was a photographer and his cousin Mehedi a businessman.

Mehedi and Swarna also survived the crash with Annie and were brought to Dhaka with Annie for treatment on Friday.

DMCH burns unit Coordinator Dr Shamanta Lal Sen described their condition as 'stable' but declined to say they were 'out of danger'.

"Annie enquired about Priyok and Tamara when we came out of Kathmandu hospital. We told her they are being taken to Singapore for better treatment," Jahangir Alam Rizvi, Priyok's friend from Jahangirnagar University, told bdnews24.com.

Rizvi is Priyok's close friend who rushed to Nepal after the accident. They both are from Gazipur.

Izaj Ahmed Milon, another friend of Priyok, told bdnews24.com, "Annie is asking about her daughter at a regular interval."

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader went to the airport to see them when they were brought back to Dhaka after five days of treatment.

Flight BS 211 of the US-Bangla airline crashed short of the runway and burst into flames during landing killing 49 passenger and crew members including 26 Bangladeshis.

A total of 33 passengers were from Nepal, one from China and one from the Maldives.
