Indian High Commission reopens library at Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre in Dhaka

The Indian High Commission in Dhaka has reopened the library at Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre at Dhanmondi Road 2.

The library has books on a wide range of subjects and disciplines to satisfy the bookworms in Dhaka, the High Commission said. 

Apart from English, the library has book collections in Hindi and Bengali. Reference books like encyclopedias, dictionaries, textbooks and handbooks are also available. 

The Library holds a good collection of books on many great figures and personalities of India, from Mahatma Gandhi to Rabindranath Tagore. 

An up to date repository of magazines from India are also available in the library which is open for all from Saturday to Thursday between 11am to 7pm.
