bti launches premium apartments

Dhaka, Aug 9 (bdnews24.com) — Real estate developer Building Technology & Ideas (bti) has launched a premium range of apartments.

The Premium Collection's projects will be located in the best locations and continue to cater to the 'ever changing needs of the market,' says a press release of Monday.

The new line's first selection Classique, Regent and Shangrila are in Gulshan and Anumita is in DOHS in Dhaka.

The premium range has been introduced to provide the discerning customer with a product and service that set them apart from others.

"With this aim in mind bti is proud to launch their latest marketing concept- THE Premium Collection," said the statement.

With more projects of the high-end range under way, bti hopes to launch such projects at regular intervals.

bti commits to provide the Premium customers "with a level of service which will exceed their expectations and will be far superior to what is generally provided in the industry".

The customers will have more flexibility in choosing their homes with personalised customer service and one to one interactions with bti architects and interior decorators.

This will naturally provide the customers with a wide range of options and bti will try and ensure that its Premium customers are lavished with every conceivable luxury.

Since entering this business in 1984, bti has completed over 300 projects in 26 years and successfully handed over 3000 apartments in Dhaka and Chittagong.
