And almost the entire coverage is about the rise of Bangladesh as a one-day power in the world of cricket.

Media reports in India range from expert opinions by the likes of Indian greats like Sunil Gavaskar and VVS Laxman and assessment by cricket writers who are quite a tribe in the huge cricket crazy nation.

But most reports have hit out at Pakistani veteran Sarfraz Nawaz for suggesting India deliberately lost the first ODI to push Pakistan out of the champions trophy.

"Will Sarfraz say Pakistan also conspired to push Bangladesh into Champions Trophy! Their team were beaten so comprehensively by Bangladesh," a report in Bengali paper 'Bartaman' point out.

It ends -- "Both India and Pakistan has to accept Bangladesh is the new power in one-day cricket."

Gavaskar has said he was 'not at all surprised' by Bangladesh's comprehensive victory in the first ODI. "They are such a spirited team and they bowled so well."

Some reports have attacked ' Captain Cool’ MS Dhoni for his fracas with Mustafizur Rahman.

India's biggest tormentor has suddenly become the country's darling.

"He is such a gem. Where was he all these years," says top website www.scroll.in.

Mustafizur's former coach Ranadeb Bose has gone to town saying his onetime trainee is yet to play to his full potential.

"Just see where he goes," said Bose to Ananda Bazar.

Laxman pointed that India has always paid dearly when they have taken Bangladesh lightly.

"Don’t forget they knocked us out of a World Cup," Laxman said.

Mashrafe Bin Mortaza's captaincy has come in for huge praise, with most reports describing as 'truly inspirational captain'.

Some cricket writers like veteran Ayaz Memon have described the ODi victory as 'the beginning of a new era in Bangladesh cricket'.

"Who would have thought they can beat Pakistan and India back to back," Memon said.

Most reports said unless rain plays spoilsport, India will have to pull all its guns to beat Bangladesh.

"It will just not be easy," warned one report in 'Times of India'. "The Tigers are at their inspirational best."

Indian team 'deeply hurt'

India have not looked this hurt after a loss in a while.

In fact, the very word “hurt” has since been uttered by MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina, and it was writ large on Rohit Sharma’s face as he came to the pre-match media conference on Saturday.

“They have got nothing to lose. India have everything to lose,” he said.

"He is right about India, but not quite so about Bangladesh," warned a report in 'Indian Express'.

It went on to say: "A maverick plays with the ‘nothing-to-lose’ attitude. Bangladesh are not mavericks anymore. They now are a very good team who stand on the cusp of being acknowledged as such. A series win against India would get them that deserved recognition."
