The blaze from the Jalalabad gas supply pipe gutted three vehicles neat Kadamtali bus stand on Friday noon, said Sylhet Fire Service Deputy Director Rafikul Islam.

Four firefighting units worked for two hours to bring the fire under control, he said.

The injured have been admitted to Osmani Medical College Hospital. They are yet to be identified.

The supply line exploded in the road near the city's Tajmahal Restaurant, said Islam.

Buses in the Kadamtali stand were unable to operate in the area for two hours, but the situation has returned to normal, said the fire service official.
