The appeals bench, headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, gave the order on Thursday.

In 2015, the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) filed case over loan frauds at the state-run bank, involving Tk 456 million.

"The High Court had granted Tajuddin bail,” ACC lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan told bdnews24.com. “The Appellate Division has ordered him to surrender by Monday.”

On Sep 26 this year, Tajuddin secured the High Court's bail.

The ACC moved the Supreme Court's chamber judge on Oct 16 and the bail was stayed for four weeks.

The judge forwarded the matter to the Appellate Division's full bench, which was heard on Thursday.
