Police arrest three in Magura with 80 gold bars
Three persons have been arrested in Magura with gold bars weighing eight kilograms on Tuesday.

Police found 80 gold bars from the three passengers after searching a bus on the Dhaka-Khulna Highway in Magura Sadar Upazila.
Each of gold bars weigh 100 grams, said Additional Superintendent of Police Tariqul Islam.
“The Satkhira bound bus was stopped and a search was conducted on a tip-off. The gold bars were concealed in their trousers and underwear,” he said.
The three nabbed were identified as Shubodh Kumar Shil, Niranjan Shil and Suman Shil.
They said the gold bars were given to them in Dhaka and they were supposed deliver them to one ‘Dadu’ in Satkhira, according to the police official.
