Asad Jan, 24, and Adam Khan, 22, have confessed to the killings after being arrested by the Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation in Riyadh on Monday.

The Bangladeshi men were taxi drivers, in their 30s and 40s, reports the Saudi Gazette.

The killers said they lured their first victim, an Indian, to a deserted area where he was choked and stabbed for sleeping with a Sri Lankan woman, ex-girlfriend of one of the murderers.

They dumped the body behind a warehouse and parked the victim’s car behind a shopping centre in Riyadh’s Al-Foutah District.

The men said they decided to carry out another murder after a week, as they needed money to buy hashish from another Pakistani man, who also came to be arrested.

They found a Bangladeshi taxi driver, believed to be in his 30s, and asked him to drive to the Al-Sahafah District in Riyadh, where he was choked and stabbed multiple times.

The killers dumped his body in the van they had parked behind a shopping center after stealing his money and the taxi.

Their next victim, an Indian, was killed in the same manner and his body dumped under a pile of wood in the Al-Aridh District.

The killers took his car, putting another license plate on it, and parked it behind the shipping center at Al-Foutah District.

The second Bangladeshi victim, a taxi driver in his 40s, was also killed in the same manner and his body buried in Al-Aridh District.

Riyadh Police discovered one of the bodies after a citizen complained of foul smell coming from the vehicle parked outside the shopping center at Al-Foutah District.

The police checked the vehicle and found a body inside with five stab wounds on the stomach and left arm, said the report.

The men have also confessed to stealing a car and dismantling its parts and engines and selling them to buy hashish.
