3 to die for Bagerhat murder
Three persons have been sentenced to death while six others have got life for killing a man.

The court of Bagerhat District and Sessions Judge SM Solayman gave the verdict of the 2003 murder on Thursday.
It also acquitted another person from the charges.
Rustam Ali Matubbar was shot dead in 2003 at the district's Fakirhat Upazila.
Those who got death sentence are Tapan Mandal, Jihad Sheikh and Atanu Mandal.
Prosecutor Sheikh Mohammad Ali told bdnews24.com that apart from two out of the nine convicted, all are absconding.
