One dies in Gopalganj accident
One person was killed and four others were injured when a locally-assembled human hauler veered into a roadside ditch at Gopalganj’s Maksudpur on Friday.

Police said the mishap had occurred at around 8am on the Tekerhat-Gopalganj road.
Maksudpur Police Station OC Ferdous Hasan identified the victim as 55-year old fruit vendor Tara Mia Khalifa of the Upazila’s Bara Bhatta village.
Four other passengers of the ‘Nasiman’ (a locally-assembled four-wheeler) were injured in the accident.
Police could not give further details.
