AHM Moniruzzaman made ambassador to Belgium

The government has appointed AHM Moniruzzaman, secretary (multilateral), Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the ambassador of Bangladesh to the kingdom of Belgium.

Dhaka, May 17 (BDNEWS) – The government has appointed AHM Moniruzzaman, secretary (multilateral), Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the ambassador of Bangladesh to the kingdom of Belgium.
A career diplomat AHM Moniruzzaman joined BCS (Foreign Affairs Cadre) in 1979. He graduated with first class from the University of Punjab in 1972 (appearing from London). He also obtained BSC (Economics) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1975 and received his M.SC in International Relations from the University College London in 1976.
He joined the Dhaka University as Assistant Professor of International Relations in 1977.
Moniruzzaman had professional training both at home and abroad and served in various capacities in Bangladesh missions in Kolkata, New York, Kuwait and Paris.
