Private cargo flight faces accident at Cox's Bazar

A cargo flight of Best Aviation, a private airlines, faced an accident Saturday noon while flying to Jessore from Cox's Bazar.

Dhaka, Feb 19 (BDNews)- A cargo flight of Best Aviation, a private airlines, faced an accident Saturday noon while flying to Jessore from Cox's Bazar.
However, no casualty was reported.
Civil Aviation sources said the nose wheel of the cargo plane was separated moments after its take off from Cox's Bazar at 12 noon. After failing to make an emergency landing at the Shah Amanat International Airport, Chittagong the pilot flew back to Cox's Bazar airport at 12:40 pm.
Civil Aviation sources added that the pilot unfilled fuel of the plane in the air to avert any accident before landing. The plane has been temporarily grounded due to technical fault.
The cargo plane was carrying shrimp fries. Concerned sources believe that overloading might be reason of the accident.
Control Tower of Chittagong Airport confirmed the incident.
